Rate of broker's commission = 10% of sale price*

This unusual category of brokerage appointment covers a situation where the yacht's owner wishes only his chosen agent to deal with the sale of his yacht, and for other brokerage houses to have no involvement.

The general procedures of inspection, construction of promotional material, advertising, etc., are the same as for Central Agency. In magazine/website advertising the broker will designate the yacht as an Exclusive Agency.

In our experience few established brokerage houses like to take an owner's instructions on the basis of an Exclusive Agency. We feel better able to serve the owner's interests by means of the inter-broker co-operation afforded by the Central Agency system.
